MACARTHUR MEMORIAL PARK

A progressive new parkland in Sydney's West, this grand memorial park is a testament to innovation in how we manage the interface between life and memorialisation across diverse multicultural communities.

As part of an extensive multi-disciplinary team, we have been engaged to contribute vast landscape planting designs covering community facilities, memorial areas (to suit a range of diverse internment typologies), associated building amenities and parkland spaces developed as part of the project.

This site being within an endangered ecological community, we have been honoured with the challenge of re-establishing critical endemic vegetation whilst simultaneously fulfilling the design requirements. This has ultimately led to designs which imbue these spaces with very unique identities.

This project truly is a monumental undertaking. With construction already underway, we're so excited to see each stage come to life!
